The Web is changing continuously and that's why we love it. So why do we anxiously hold on the past? Why do we refuse to change design process to the needs of today's web? Why we still separate code from visual design?

Kibitzer at Clevis

Jan Sládek is internationally unknown web designer and organizer.

He codes, writes, organizes and talks. (He's best in the last one but it's the one worst paid.)

He currently works on his startup, kibitz whatever is going on at Clevis s.r.o. (small development company he co-founded), records podcast WebAplikace.cz, writes for Zdroják, studies personal management at CTU - MUVS and practices orienteering (the most beautiful sport in the world).

Ondřej Válka (CZ)

Web Designer at Freelance

Ondřej Válka is a freelance web designer.

He loves to work with rock-solid visual designs he can transform via coding into high quality UI.

Most of his time participates as an invited expert on projects of all sizes. He writes a bit and talks sometimes. He studies in Brno, where he organizes regular meetings of local web design related community. He is interested in branding and user interfaces in general. He fell in love with muesli recently.
