I am very passionate about Web standards, Open Web, and community. I believe we as Web designers and developers world over must rely on one another to learn and advance. For this reason, I have the best job in the world - I get to meet, speak with and learn from colleagues around the globe in the interest of a better Web for all.
Topic of talk
In the session "Ten Years of Web Standards" we will examine the initial vision of the Web, how Web standards have or haven't succeeded, and where the future of Web standards is taking us. Topics will touch lightly on Accessibility, Markup (including HTML5), CSS3 and everyone's favorite topic: The Web Browser.
